What to do for the breast self-examination ?
Every person should know the symptoms and signs of breast cancer, and any time an abnormality is discovered, it should be investigated by doctor.
Most people who have breast cancer symptoms and signs will initially notice only one or two, and the presence of these symptoms and signs do not automatically mean that you have breast cancer.
By performing monthly breast check ,you will be able to more easily identify any changes in your breast. Be sure to talk to your doctor if you notice anything unusual.
Just simple Look , Touch and Feel !
Make the practice as routine. The more you examine your breasts, the more you will learn about them and the easier it will become for you to tell if something has changed. Try to get in the habit of doing a breast self-examination once a month to familiarize yourself with how your breasts normally look and feel. Examine yourself several days after your period ends, when your breasts are least likely to be swollen and tender. If you are no longer having periods, choose a day that's easy to remember, such as the first or last day of the month.
