All Holdera innerwear is available in a variety of sizes, usually ranging from S to XXL, AA - D cups and we are working to improve our size offerings in future collections.

Yes, all of our bras are wireless.
To preserve and lengthen its wear-life, we strongly recommend hand-washing your Holdera pieces.
Dissolve a gentle detergent in cold water (86°F/30°C max) and fully immerse the innerwear. Gently press/knead it, then rinse (soak no longer than 5 minutes). Hang or lay flat to dry in a cool, shaded place.
If you choose to use a washing machine, please use a Holdera bra laundry bag.
For reason of hygiene, BRA, BRALETTE, BRA TOP, UNDERWEAR, and CLEARANCE SALE ITEM are NOT ACCEPTED to return once been sold.
However ,we provides 7 days of satisfaction for size exchange products, which effective from the date of parcel received.

For registered users: You can find your tracking information by logging into “My Account.” You will be able to trace order number and see your order details, including tracking information.
For guest orders: After you place your order, we will send you a confirmation email/text message with your purchase.

Once your order has been completed, the order goes almost immediately to processing and then it’s sent to the warehouse to ship.

We offer free shipping for orders above RM150 WM/RM250 EM.
And usual shipping flat rate RM8 WM/RM15 EM for orders less than RM150.

If your order is marked as delivered, but you still don't get it, a few things may have occurred:
Your delivery person marked your package as delivered in advance, and the package may still be on the way;
A neighbor or roommate may have accepted the package for you;
If the above doesn't apply and you can't find the package, please double-check your shipping address on your order confirmation to ensure that the order was shipped to the correct address.
